Our after-school classes invite children to recharge and reconnect through yoga-inspired play, mindfulness, and creative exploration. Each session weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and social-emotional learning activities to help kids build confidence, focus, and a sense of inner calm.

Activity
In our Heart & Balance Yoga Circuit, each station invites students to explore giving and receiving love through mindful movement. Partner poses like Tree Buddies and Heart Openers build teamwork and trust, while solo balance challenges nurture self-love and focus. As they steady their breath and movements, children discover how love and balance flow through both their poses and their relationships.

Creative Reflection
Students channel their love and connection into a creative mindfulness activity—Hearts of Kindness—decorating paper hearts with messages of gratitude for others. This simple reflection turns their yoga practice into an act of shared compassion.
